Edutainment
Learning doesn't have to be hard work, it can be joyous, and it can come in many forms! One of our specialities is to combine workshops with shows and entertainment formats, in which the subject of the workshop is reflected.
We combine workshops about agile leadership, rapid decision-making under uncertainty, power-dynamics in teams, presentation skills & storytelling or more with light, joyful and equally instructive formats involving, foir example a stage, a discoteque or a dance hall. This can be delivered with the conscious and careful involvement of participants, or by the exclusive appearance of the workshop leads, mostly in combination with other professional artists.
We work for example with a professional DJ to let the crowd of participants feel how he influences the crowd and when he listens to the underestimated p[ower of a group. We deliver our corproate clown show before or after a workshop on vulnerability, listening and the treasure of failure. We provide our "Harvard Busyness Revue", a comedy improv show with professional improv players and with the support of our participants and so on.
Realizing that such performance spaces are heightened places of excitement and anxiety and realizing how much more can be done in the se circumstances when there is relentless mutual support provided by all involved, has shown to us how life-changing such experiences vcan be.
