Leadership, collaboration, and innovation in today's time require the activation of all senses, and to support our cognition and rational thinking. Too long, management and organization sacience have ignored the tremendous power of the intuitive, the embodied and the sensual. Now, being in times where disruption and surprise is normality, cognition and rational decision making is often overwhelmed. Yet, the realm of artistic performance like theatre, dance or clown, the surprise, the unknown and the uncertainty are the clay from which innovation and output is made from. Performance artists know that the body, the senses and the intuitive connection to others is a powerful tool to thrive in contemporary times. Our trainings discover these realsm for the participants, they introduce safely to explore them and to explore how fulfilling it can be to use these resources for adequate decision-making, collaborating and innovating. We are awarded and proven in the delivery of impactful learning journeys, from 90 minutes to 15 days, which contain these explorations. And its almost certain, that participants leave our workshops altered, thrilled and courageous.
